Here at Crossfit Scarborough, we pride ourselves on being the first Crossfit affiliate in the Scarborough area.
Our goal is to provide a community based strength and conditioning program. This is a unique style of training where egos are left at the door and everyone is treated as an equal no matter your ability, all workouts are scaled to suit the individual with sessions run in a class format, encouraged and pushed by one another whether it be in a personal challenge or a team event. Good friends are made when all are facing the same challenge.
