I am a calm, positive person who has a huge passion for helping others achieve their goals. You will find me every Sunday morning coaching my Rugby team, which I have been doing for 12 years. I have experience working with a wide range of age groups with varied levels of abilities. I am a rugby coach, strength and conditioning coach for junior rugby athletes and a personal trainer.
I have a degree in Sport Science & Physical Education, a Level 3 PT award and the foundation to Strength and Conditioning, along with a long list of other similar awards.
